Long 2-litre rubber hot water bottle with a soft, plush removable cover — soothing warmth for cramps, back, neck, shoulders, hands and feet, or to warm your bed on cold nights.

• 2 litre capacity — long shape that fits naturally along your back or neck
• Durable rubber bottle, tested for leak-free safety (BS1970:2012 standard)
• Soft fluffy cover — removable and washable
• Use hot for pain relief and muscle comfort, or as a cold pack
• Reusable and needs no electricity

How to use: Fill to about 2/3 of capacity with hot water (45°C–80°C). Do not pour in boiling water. Squeeze out the extra air, tighten the stopper and turn it upside down to check for leaks. Use the cover while filling. Children should use it under adult supervision.
